Receive Your Photos & Request Photo Edits
Once your photoshoot session is complete, I take the time to adjust lighting, framing, and colors in your photos. Then, I send you a secure download link that will allow you to download them in JPEG format (high quality), which you can directly use for ads, websites, WhatsApp, or even print. Usually, you receive the link within a few hours after your photoshoot or the next morning.
How to Download Your Photos?
- The downloaded file weighs between 200 and 400 Megabytes. It is easier to download the photos using a computer. However, you can also use your smartphone or tablet if they have enough memory.
- Start the download by clicking on the secure link I sent you. The download may take a minute. Be patient and do not click multiple times on the link unnecessarily, as this can disrupt the download.
- The downloaded file will be placed in the "Downloads Folder" on your computer or smartphone. Open the "Downloads Folder".
- It is a file in ".zip" format. Do not open it directly; you must "unzip the file" to properly view the photos. To do this, right-click on the folder and choose the "Unzip" or "Extract" menu. If you do not have an unzipping tool, read this chapter Unzipping the File.
Notes:
For data security, never enter the link in search engines (Google, for instance).
To ensure the security of your data, the files are deleted from the server 2 to 3 months after the link is sent.
Photo Edits
You can choose the photos you want me to edit.
I will edit them promptly and according to your instructions.
I edit 5 photos for free. To have more than 5 photos edited, read this chapter.
Provide Clear Instructions
No need to send me the photos; just provide me with the "numbers" in the photo's name to be edited, for example « IMG_7509 ».
Then clearly indicate what I should edit or modify in the photo.
Put this information preferably in a single message (WhatsApp or email).
If you send multiple messages or the information is unclear, it may take longer for your photos to be edited.
Here is an example of a photo edit request list:
- IMG_7428: blur the face and crop the photo to knee height
- IMG_7509: reduce hip size
- IMG_7613: lengthen the legs
- IMG_7658: remove the tattoo on the arm
- IMG_7697: smooth the skin on the thighs
Would you like more than 5 retouched photos?
No problem, I can retouch as many photos as you'd like!
The price per retouched photo may vary depending on the complexity of the edits you request:
Type of Edits | Price per Photo | |
---|---|---|
Light silhouette adjustments (e.g., chest and hips) + Skin correction (smoothing areas) + Small tattoo removal + Face blurring | ➤ €5/photo | |
More significant silhouette adjustments (e.g., hiding rolls, reshaping body contours) + Skin correction + Removal of large tattoos | ➤ €10/photo | |
Complex edits or content generation via AI | ➤ Price on request |
If you prefer to assist during the retouching process to give live instructions, that’s possible. The rate is €25 per half-hour of retouching work.
What types of edits can I do?
Depending on your wishes, I can:
- Adjust the silhouette (reduce stomach, hips, increase chest volume, etc.)
- Smooth skin
- Hide the face (specify if you want the face blurred or covered with a band)
- Remove tattoos
- Adjust skin tones (tanning, etc.)
- Crop photos or change photo colors

Downloading Your Photos in Detail
The photo download system is very simple, just follow the steps!
I will send you your photos as a compressed file (similar to WeTransfer). This is the only way to maintain the high quality of your photos.
The file containing your photos is usually 200 to 400 Megabytes. Make sure you have enough memory on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. For convenience, I recommend using a computer instead of a smartphone.
When you receive your personal link, click on it.
The download may sometimes take a minute, so be patient and avoid clicking repeatedly on the link, as this will slow down or block your download.
The file will appear in your computer, tablet, or smartphone’s “Downloads” folder.
Locate this folder. The downloaded file is there. It is a ".zip" file.
Extracting the File
Do not open the downloaded file immediately. You need to “extract” the file first.
To do this, right-click on the folder and choose the menu “Extract”. This menu may have other names (unzip, extract all, etc.). Note that for Apple systems, extraction happens automatically when the file is opened.
Most users already have decompression software on their computer or smartphone. Sometimes you may need to download specific software.
If you don’t have the software needed to extract ZIP files, you can download 7-zip for PC. For smartphones, look for a “Zip Extractor” app in your usual app store.
In Case of Issues
If you cannot download your photos, try one of the following solutions:
- Start by carefully rereading the « Uploading your photos » chapter. Every step is important, so don't miss any!
- Check if the file was downloaded or not. Often, the file is correctly downloaded but the user cannot locate it on their phone or computer. Ensure you open the correct “Downloads” folder and see if the file is there.
- If your “Downloads” folder is empty, the download likely failed. Check if you have enough memory on your phone.
- If the download failed because your browser blocked the link, start by clearing your browser’s cache. Then try clicking the link again.
- If the block persists, try another browser. How?
1/Copy the link,
2/Open another browser,
3/Paste the link into the URL bar.
Reminder: For your safety, never enter your personal download link into search engines! - If the solution doesn’t work, open your link with another computer. You can easily transfer the link via “copy-paste”.
- If you still can’t download your photos, ask for help from someone around you, or call me (between 8:30 AM and 7:30 PM).
