Respecting privacy is essential in this line of work.

I am a Private Photographer based in Brussels, working with a team that includes a MakeUp Artist (available depending on the project). You can learn more about me on my presentation page.

I am committed to ensuring the security and confidentiality of the photos and videos that I create. All my work remains private and confidential. They are neither displayed nor shared with third parties.
Client names and data also remain confidential.

Respecting Everyone’s Privacy

During photoshoots, I ensure to respect everyone's privacy by maintaining appropriate distances and avoiding physical contact.

Your personal space is also respected, as no one else except me (and the makeup artist, when makeup services are booked) accesses the workspace during your photo/video session.

To provide you with the best comfort conditions, a separate changing room is available.

Of course, you may be accompanied by a person of your choice during the photoshoot.

Each client has their own sensitivity, and I commit to respecting it through:

Client’s Rights to Use Photos and Videos

As a client, you hold all rights to use the photos you take with me. You can use them freely, without time limits, for all your personal or professional activities (albums, social networks, websites, commercial communication, publications, etc.).

No copyright fees or additional costs will be charged for these uses.

If my face appears in a photo, directly or indirectly (for example, a reflection in a mirror), it must be fully blurred before any publication.

My Expectations of You for Optimal Work

I implement, both materially and personally, as many elements as possible to offer you a quality service and a positive photography experience.
In return, I particularly expect the client to:

be punctual and respect the commitments made
have a constructive attitude during work sessions
respect the studio, the furniture, and the equipment

⚠️ I reserve the right to terminate a photoshoot if a client shows disrespect or damages the studio’s infrastructure or its contents.
⚠️ I reserve the right to refuse future appointments to a client who, without sufficient justification, misses their appointment or fails to be punctual.

Data Collection

By entering your data in the contact form, you authorize BoudoirStudio.Brussels to process it in order to best respond to your questions.
This data is never shared with third parties.
BoudoirStudio.Brussels may use this data to contact you later to inform you about new services or promotions.

You can exercise your rights to access, rectify, delete, object, port, and limit the processing by contacting us.

File Security and Archiving

Your photos will be securely backed up to ensure their protection against any loss or unauthorized use.
You can request a duplicate of the photos up to two years after their creation (or more, as applicable).
Photos are deleted after a certain period.

Use of Photos/Videos by the Photographer

I never upload clients' photos to the website without obtaining their prior written consent.
Your photos are never shared with third parties.

Consent to Photographic and Video Recording

By making an appointment, the client implicitly consents to being photographed or filmed.
BoudoirStudio.Brussels does not work with minors.
